The website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is created upon the request of the Charitable Organization "Charitable Foundation 'SYLNI'" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site Owner") to provide information about the Site Owner, its free and confidential assistance to people who have experienced sexual violence during the war. By visiting or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use the Site. The Terms of Use may be changed periodically and become effective upon posting on the Site. Please review the Terms of Use periodically for any such changes.

The Site is designed for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not use this Site.

You agree that the use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site Owner may, at any time and at its discretion, add, modify, or remove materials from this Site. We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this Site, but we make no warranties, commitments, and do not make any representations regarding its accuracy, timeliness, quality, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose. The Site Owner disclaims any warranties expressed in explicit form or by implication, to the extent permitted by law. Neither the Site Owner nor its affiliates and representatives, nor any other parties involved in the creation, development, or display of this Site, are responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses of any nature in all situations that may arise from the use of information contained on this Site, from access, use, or inability to use this Site, or from any errors or incompleteness of its content. This limitation also applies to any losses, damages, or expenses related to any viruses that may infect your computer, device, software, or data during the use of the website.


Accessing and using this Site does not require registration and/or authorization or the immediate provision of personal data. In some cases, you may, at your discretion, provide some personal data to the Site Owner. We want to give you a clear understanding of how your data is used and how you can protect their confidentiality. To learn what information we collect and how we use it, please carefully review these Terms. This document has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI "On the Protection of Personal Data," which defines the operator's policy on personal data processing. The key concepts used in this policy correspond to the definitions given in the current legislation.


At your discretion, if you have any questions regarding the information posted on the Site, you can contact us with such questions by filling out the feedback form. To do this, you may provide the following information: name, email address, and any other information in the message that you decide to provide to the Site Owner. Please note that according to the current data protection legislation, your personal data may be collected or processed if: you have given us your consent for processing. To avoid doubts, you always have the right to withdraw your consent at any time; or it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party; or it is required by law. We will process your personal data only for the specified, explicit, and lawful purposes, and we will not process your personal data in a way that is incompatible with these purposes. One such purpose may be to improve your experience when visiting our Site. When you contact the Site Owner, your messages are stored for the purpose of providing the fastest and most comprehensive response.



Any actions with personal data processed by the Site Owner comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI "On the Protection of Personal Data." The Site Owner collects information that will help improve the efficiency of our Site. We collect information about our visitors in two ways:

  • by entering information into the feedback form; and/or

  • through cookies (additional information about cookies is provided below).

The purpose of collecting personal data is to provide answers to questions posed by Site Users.

If necessary, use your data for purposes not specified in this privacy policy, we always seek prior consent for this.



We may disclose your personal information only as necessary and solely for the specific purposes outlined above in accordance with the current data protection legislation. We do not disclose users' personal information to companies, organizations, and individuals not affiliated with the Site Owner. Exceptions are cases listed below. For processing by third parties on behalf of the Site Owner, we may transfer personal data to affiliated entities of the Site Owner and other trusted companies and individuals for processing on behalf of the Site Owner (e.g., for security purposes); such processing is carried out in accordance with our instructions, the requirements of data protection legislation, and other applicable confidentiality and security requirements. As required by law, we may disclose personal data to law enforcement and investigative authorities, as well as other authorized bodies based on grounds provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.



These Terms apply only to this Site and do not extend to services and platforms provided by other companies or individuals (including products or sites that may appear in search results), as well as other resources linked from our Site, such as social media. Additionally, these Terms do not cover the information handling practices of third-party companies and organizations that advertise our services or employ technologies like cookies, pixel tags, etc., to display relevant ads. Exercise caution and review the privacy policies applicable to third-party websites and services you use.



The "Do Not Track" feature is an additional browser option that allows users to inform all visited websites about their refusal to be tracked in online behavior. This option can be configured by the user within the browser. Once configured, the "Do Not Track" request will be sent when accessing the website, and user activity will not be tracked.


   2.6 COOKIES 

General information includes data that allows us to better tailor the Site to user needs and relates to the following data: the number of site visitors, statistics on viewing specific pages, types of browsers and operating systems, information about internet service providers, etc. We automatically receive this information in an aggregated and non-personalized form. To collect the above-mentioned general information, we may also use "Cookies," which are specific information left by our website on a visitor's computer. Cookies are sent back only to the Site server that left them when the visitor returns to the site. Cookies can inform us about how, when, and how many people viewed pages on our website. The "Cookies" technology does not contain personally identifiable information, does not read information from your hard drive, and cannot make any changes to your operating system. Through the information obtained using the "Cookies" technology, we strive to continuously improve the Site. In particular, we may use this information to make our information more accessible to you and to make the Site as user-friendly as possible. By visiting this Site, you agree that the interpretation and evaluation of this Site are made exclusively in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be nullified, and the remaining terms shall retain full legal force and continue to be binding and enforceable.


By using this Site, you agree to the terms of these Conditions and acknowledge that the Site Owner is not responsible for the consequences related to any violation of these terms by you, and for any claims or demands of third parties arising from your breach of these terms.
